Round 1 of the finals is behind us and we are down to 6 teams. Fiona and Motty were joined at the desk by number 7 draft pick Claudie Groves. We kept last weeks supporter theme going and firstly chatted to Wayne Pearn who gave us some Tiger talk, sharing his thoughts on his beloved team and his secret match day outfit too.

Then it was Maree Short who has worked at the Brisbane Lions for 24 years and tossed the coin to start the qualifying final against the Tigers on Saturday night.

There are always lots of highs and lows in footy and this week began with the terribly sad news that the much admired former Saints fullback Danny Frawley had died in a car accident. A champion footballer and it seems an equally champion bloke, RIP Danny.
