Bio:

Jay Spindel has been a Wall Street Executive for over three decades. He has managed several boutique Hedge Funds and Broker-Dealers over the course of his career. He has utilized multiple disciplines including Convertible Arbitrage, managing Special Situation and Event-Driven portfolios, as well as participating in private placements. He also was a Nasdaq Level 2 Market Maker in over 30 small-cap securities. Jay has been quoted in multiple press articles and made several television appearances on “Stars and Dogs”, a feature on Business News Network (Canada). He received his B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Albany, with a Double Concentration in Finance and Management. He currently holds Series 24, 7, 57 and 63 licenses at a registered FINRA Broker-Dealer
