As a Navy veteran, Victoria gained the confidence and the ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations, which has translated into her work as a financial coach.
Financial coaching is about helping individuals understand what they need their money to do for them and aligning their financial goals with their core values.
Our chat about financial literacy especially for women was fascinating. We talk about the financial impact of the
menopause as well as discussing how our biases around women as the spenders and men as the earners - even now plays a part in how we perceive money.

About Victoria
Victoria is an experienced financial specialist and a dedicated champion of financial empowerment for women.
Starting her working life with 7-years serving as an officer in the Royal Navy, Victoria transitioned, via a break to start a family, to build a successful career in the financial services
industry. Juggling work, family and exams, Victoria gained her Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice in 2019. As an independent financial adviser, she has successfully managed assets worth over £46 million and supported 290 clients.
In 2024, Victoria founded Fincoco Financial Coaching, a firm dedicated to educating and empowering women
(and their families) to understand and build their finances. She is committed to closing the Gender Wealth Gap by providing tailored guidance that helps women navigate their unique financial journeys.
Victoria's work is fuelled by the belief that financial knowledge and confidence is a critical tool for personal freedom and equality.
In her free time Victoria enjoys outdoor adventures in the mountains with her husband, 2 children and dog.
