Today we chat about Tesla stock getting back over $900! This was on the back of another analyst upgrade of Tesla stock here today. I think the bigger news though is in regard to this new building Tesla is doing work in that is very close to the Sparks Nevada gigafactory. There are rumors that this new building will be used for Tesla semi production! Elon Musk is keeping this on the DL for now.

Well guys i just bought a Tesla Model X which I received Saturday and signed to buy a brand new built home in Arizona. this will be my second real estate property. 1 in Las Vegas and 1 in Arizona. The Tesla Model X is my splurge buy for me in 2020 while the Arizona property is a diversification move for my wealth.

I am seeing a huge problem from many in the investor community right now which involves tesla stock and Elon Musk. Suddenly everyone wants to compare a bunch of miracle needing companies and stocks to Tesla. "This company is the next Tesla" is becoming way too common of a phrase. The comparisons people are making of Elon Musk to other CEOs is an issue. This needs to stop. asap. Many investors are going to lose a ton of money trying to bet that all these spec companies will be the next tesla. 

Tesla is a bit of a miracle and led by a relentless CEO. Tesla could have failed so many times over the past 15 years that it is crazy.... Tesla even came close to failure many times.
