It takes time to grow into our emotional expression of our mental atmosphere, after all, it's not like we had classes in school for it. Nonetheless, I believe it to be very important to find passion in understanding your own mental health and needs. This journey for many of us can be a scary goal to pursue but take it from me the earlier you start the more you'll thank yourself for doing so later. Its a Journey of rediscovery
