Sometimes, to find the best in ourselves, we must let go of what we percieve to be the worst in ourselves and the old lives that came with it.
Sometimes we can set ourselves up for disappointment, when we hold preconceived expectations. Whether it be a person or place see what you're working with before you pass judgment.
The hatred we may feel for ourselves may be the things that drive a wedge in our healthy connections. Let the love others have for you overshadow that self-defeating attitude.
We should always love and appreciate others and our Ethnic culture, but we should strive to develop our own personal culture.
Growth can be seen as the release of the best part of yourself. No matter the kind of growth we should allow ourselves a chance to. Release yourself to the unknown.
Too often I've allowed myself to take responsibility for things that are out of my control until I learned that everything isn't my fault.
No one likes to hear that things take time in such an on-demand world, yet we can't avoid this in terms of healing the soul. Remember it's never too late to grow, it takes time!
To resist healthy change is to stunt potential growth. How can we ever know our capabilities if we remain the same?
Sometimes to remain silent is doing ourselves a disservice. From speaking up for ourselves or what we want, I believe cultivating the right use of your voice is essential.
