Kelly Litvak is the founder and Executive Director of Childproof America. This mission call is inspired by her family’s experience of being impacted by human trafficking in 2016. More specifically the trials and tribulations they experienced with little organized support for their family as they navigated the intense crisis. 

As a parent of an all-American family, living in an upscale suburban community with top ranking schools, human trafficking was a threat never considered. The first-hand experience broke all stereotypes and misconceptions about the reality of this very real criminal enterprise.

Ms. Litvak's personal mission statement "is to empower youth with the life skills needed to break the generational cycle of self-destruction". This passion, combined with the knowledge of an epidemic sweeping silently and strategically across our "safe" communities has ignited a fierce call to action to force change from suburbia to Capitol Hill. Ms. Litvak brings a decade of experience in the founding, management and successful growth of a non-profit organization focused on youth.

Previously, Ms. Litvak, author of the popular Christian-based book, Tools 4 Teens (2007) developed the book into an 8-week curriculum which launched successfully through HISD in 2008. From there the program evolved into a mentor-driven Tools 4 Teens Re-entry Program serving incarcerated male offenders. The success and impact of this program, measured by Harris County Juvenile Probation Department, reported a sharp drop in recidivism among Tools 4 Teens graduates.

Ms. Litvak received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University in 1988, which included studies in Organizational Communications and Psychology. A college internship with a home for victims of domestic violence first sparked her interest in making a difference within the at-risk youth population. Her deep compassion for hurting and vulnerable youth are the driving forces behind the call to service as a ministry leader. In 1991, the Litvak's relocated to Houston, Texas. The couple was baptized together shortly before the birth of their first child in 1998. Today they are blessed with two children, ages 19 and 21.

Most recently Katy Magazine has recognized Kelly as one of Katy's most influential and inspirational women.  

Dr. Nissi Hamilton, an award-winning Human Trafficking Expert, Activist and Survivor with 5 years of experience, and a multicultural background committed to encouraging diversity & inclusion and making a difference in the decriminalization of human trafficking, poverty, and homelessness with minors. She became a landmark achiever as she led the nation's first political campaign against human trafficking as a survivor.  Nissi is a wife, a doctoral learner, a Veteran, a comedienne, a survivor of human trafficking, and a mother of seven. She is the proud owner of a for-profit organization named "A Survivor's Voice of Victory." Her mission is to raise awareness in fence lined communities and give young African American girls and women a safe space to practice reporting and lead them to safety. She has a strong relationship with her impact partner Crime Stoppers of Houston! Nissi's and Crime Stopper's of Houston unprecedented relationship has allowed her to teach and train not just in her community but elite business professionals alike in anti-human trafficking practices. To date, Dr. Nissi has trained well over 16,000 community activist, business professionals, law enforcement agencies and other non-profits.  Nissi debuted her story while on her first tour to teach students about the effects of human trafficking in the African American community at Houston Community Colleges all over Houston and our very own Metro Transportation tagged along to support the awareness efforts. Metro offered ride share solutions to students as an incentive for taking the training with Dr. Nissi. Metro has been so supportive in Dr. Nissi's efforts in stopping human trafficking in the African American community; they have since initiated their human trafficking campaign to feature an African American girl on all of the advertisement inside of the Metro buses to tell our story! The City of Houston acknowledges Dr. Nissi Hamilton as the "Poster Child" for survivorship in Houston after she survived human trafficking as a child and as an adult. Missouri City Council Member District C Anthony Maroulis, declared Dr. Nissi's freedom from slavery on January 21, 2020 while the council members inside the chambers and her family celebrated her victory in surviving human trafficking as a black woman.  Nissi is the Human Trafficking Prevention Chair of the Rotary Club Hermann Park #5890. She is a visionary with a forward thinking mindset that will impact the future of enterprise. She is a weapon against human trafficking in all communities.  Nissi owns and operates her own food pantry where she serves 2000+ residents a month! Her social enterprise has allowed her to work with billionaire Attorney Tony Buzbee and "The Real TV Show Host", Jeanie Mai with the up and coming movie "Stopping Traffick 2."
