In our 20s, we all have been trying to find our place and discover who we are. It can be both exciting and challenging years of life. We go through a lot of changes, hoping that one day we will figure them out. I'm far from knowing all the answers to the life's biggest questions, but my 20s have certainly been a huge learning curve. Although it often seems like life doesn't change much day by day, when I look back it feels like I have traveled to a parallel universe. We are so busy in our lives that it's important to stop and reflect on how far we have come. It's important to write them down, so you will never forget what you have learned.

On the verge of turning 30 years old next year, I sat down to think long and hard about the past decade. What were my greatest lessons and truths? In this special birthday episode, I'm inspired to share with you the 10 biggest lessons I have learned in my 20s and how they have changed my life and shaped who I am today. These lessons are packed with learning that will help us grow into the person we are meant to be. They are not easy to learn, but by learning it the hardest way we only become stronger and closer to the core of ourselves.

These are the most impactful life lessons that create my biggest breakthroughs and best memories - I wish I learned earlier that would’ve saved me years and stop wondering “what if".
