When you become a child of God, you become a descendant of Abraham. You inherit the promises God made to him, and you also inherit the responsibility that God gave him. All the families of the earth have now become your concern. But from time to time, as it happened to Abraham, God will focus your attention on one family, or one city, or one nation.
