Francesca Cairns is an Award Winning Image Consultant based in Maidenhead however she also offers her services worldwide.Francesca has won awards, featured in magazines, been on the radio and styled celebrities.

She is the founder of Talia Cecchele Nutrition and runs a successful online clinic, leading a team of specialist dietitians to support people to recover from their eating disorders and disordered eating and overcome diet rules and food fears. Talia is passionate about bringing balance back to nutrition and helping people to recognise that perfect diets don't exist. On the back of a successful 30-day food rule challenge on instagram, Talia launched the Rule Breaker Challenge which is an online program to help people regain control of their food choices.

Ella put two of her greatest passions of life together - which are baking and supporting mental health awareness and bake wellbeing was born. Ella has always felt an important part of how she can inspire through the one chance we have at life to encourage positive change, and last year she realised that combining the two was a perfect way to achieve this! After pitching her idea in the University of Greenwich Enterprise Challenge and winning the Social Category in 2020, Ella decided to pursue this dream as my next step following graduating from my Events Management Degree. Since then, Ella has become a qualified Mental Health First Aider and is now working towards completing her Wellness and Resilience Coach Diploma.

This week, we have a such a treat with Harriet Heath joining us on the podcast!
Harriet is a Pilates teacher and enthusiast of all things movement related. She runs a virtual movement studio called Harriet Heath - Mind Body Soul Moves where she guides live Pilates classes alongside an ever growing library of 'On Demand' classes. Lover of life's simple pleasures, including but not limited to, hummus, the ocean, a really good chat and nursing a coffee for at least an hour until it's stone cold. Harriet wants to encourage movement to celebrate and nourish our bodies rather than punish them – using movement as a tool to make you feel incredible in both mind and body, keeping you strong, centred, mobile and empowered. She fell in love with movement at a very early age - dance being her first true love. Harriet wants to focus on how movement can make you feel rather than how it makes you look. She leads classes that connect mind and body and breath. Bringing them together in fluid series of movements to create that feeling of connection to self. A moving meditation if you will - to nourish the whole self. There is no time to hear the voices that you aren’t enough, that you can’t do something or whatever it is the external world is throwing at you. You are just you, at your essence, with none of the fluff on top. After a class I hope to leave you feeling clearer, more grounded and more at home within yourself (as well as thoroughly worked out from top to toe).

Andy has lead many career paths on his journey of life so far. Now as a coach he supports individuals to find confidence in themselves and truly leads them on a path to understanding themselves, their relationships and helping them step onto a path of healing and releasing old, stuck, repeating, unhelpful beliefs, values and patterns.
With many of his own life experiences behind him, he has become an expert in truly understanding that we all have a lot of healing to do - whether you have gone through immediate trauma or not. If there is one thing in life that I could not live without is chai and in particular Chai by Mira's chai. Let me tell you more about this insanely awesome human....
Mira Manek was born and raised in London, where she grew up in a family.
Strongly rooted to the Indian heritage. She grew up speaking Gujarati and learned Sanskrit ( which is the yoga language) at school. This, in conjunction with attending Ram Kathas (nine-day spiritual events) from a young age all over India, inspired Mira's passion for Indian philosophy and spirituality, and Ayurveda in particular.
She was so inspired she became an author - her 1st book, Saffron Soul, is a cookbook inspired by the vegetarian food of the Gujarat region. Mira used to run a very popular cafe at Triyoga Soho, Chai by Mira, which sadly due to the pandemic had to shut down in physical form, but she has now opened up an online chai shop, selling all her chai blends, thank goodness because I love her chai. Not only has she set up shop, she also used lockdown to train as an integrated healthcare practitioner and breath work teacher.
Mira share's why it's important to have happy rituals and how they've truly changed her way of living life.

For as long as I Hannah can remember, there was something holding her back. A voice inside her head telling her that she wasn’t thin enough, strong enough, or qualified enough. This little voice was so loud and so strong that at times it felt like Hannah could barely breathe.
Having had 5 years experiencing building wellness brands on social media, as well as teaching both yoga & fitness, Hannah realised her passion was helping wellness entrepreneurs build strong and loyal communities online. In the past 2 years Hannah has worked with over 100 womxn on growing their businesses, particularly when it comes to social media, marketing and also building a mindset that actually, you DO deserve to be successful, and help people along the way. Combining her passion for the practice of yoga and cake, Immy is creating a nourishing community where everyone is welcome, usually in London but now across the virtual world, where she brings guest teachers on and holds regular baking and icing masterclasses.
