How do we cater for social emotional development in an online classroom?

The 3rd tier of our curriculum is dedicated to citizenry projects. Each term we have 1 big project to get kids engaging with the world around them.

Our motto for approaching our elective subjects is "experts, exposure and experience" because we want our learners to have access to the best teachers (experts), get in touch with a variety of ideas and perspectives (exposure) and make sure they are ALWAYS engaged in active learning, trying things out for themselves and constructing their own skills & knowledge (experience).

Typically Math, Science & English are pegged as 'boring' 'must do' subjects that most students don't have enthusiasm for and we're not available for that. We love the core subjects and in this episode I’m diving into
