Find your FLOW with my dear friend Vanessa.  Vanessa is a soul sister and I can't wait to meet her in real life someday!

 

Self-Care:  The whole episode is self-care but at the end of the episode Vanessa suggested writing a letter to yourself.  It sounds odd but it was amazing--I did it & texted Vanessa after. 

 

Play:  Take time for 1:1.  Vanessa lets her daughter do her hair and make-up.  She watches SNL and Goldberg's with one of her son's and walks with the other.  Find what your kid likes and join them.
