Kristina Smallhorn is a Louisiana-based realtor in the greater Baton Rouge area. She’s been creating content on YouTube since 2017.

 

For her first few years as a creator, she reached a small audience of only a few thousand subscribers. But in 2019, her channel (which now sits at just over 100,000 subscribers at the time of this interview) took off thanks to videos she made of alternative and affordable housing options.
