Opening the new podcast with a very important point I want people to take away. After spending years waiting for the answers to fall into my lap, spending night upon night trawling through job centre websites for my perfect role, I eventually realised that I needed to learn about myself more than anything else. I needed to learn what I wanted and needed from my career. Only then, once you know this stuff, can you possibly have any chance of correctly identifying the perfect work for you to be doing.
