After spending the earlier part of his life struggling with illness, Eric Edmeades became fascinated by food’s role in achieving true health. His research led him to live with bushmen in Africa, where he studied their eating patterns. He waded through stacks of nutritional data and functional anthropology research and dedicated many years of his life to analyzing and testing his theories, ultimately creating his WildFit program, through which his mission is to help people reset their relationship with food to achieve true food freedom
