I talk about how the kids and I went to view a house we're interested in and how we lfell in love with it.  It seems like a darn-near perfect fit for us, but it is $25K too expensive.  That may not seem like too much in the grand scheme of things, but since the house is barely affordable for us if we got it for $200K, there's no way I can spring for that extra $25K and go up to the $225K they want for it.  The house is totally worth it to me, but it's just not possible on my current salary.  The taxes alone will be close to $6000 for a $200K house in Milwaukee, which is ridiculously pricy to me.  

So we've put the house in a blessing ball and I've cleared any obstacles I have to buying it or receiving it and now I have to give it to the universe.  If it's meant to be, then it will happen.  I am doing my best not to let my ego or personal desires get too involved in all these decisions.
