By focusing on your breath as an anchor, this practice aims to create space between thoughts and manage overthinking. This guided session involves counting breaths to enhance mindfulness, and gently bringing awareness back to your breath whenever your mind wanders (it will!). Find a comfortable position, take deep breaths, and experience the calming effects of mindful breathing.
