We also received some voice messages and went in depth with a "work, life, balance" question. Dereck answered from his flexible schedule, and I answered that question from the 8-5 no-flexibility schedule.

We had an intense vacation season these last 2 weeks! If there is one lesson that we have learned, It is to read all the Airbnb comments about a house!
