Sl: Barve jeseni so bile čudovite.
En: The colors of autumn were beautiful.
Sl: Zlato rjavi listi, ki so padali z dreves, so prekrivali pot, ki se je vila okoli Blejskega jezera.
En: Golden brown leaves falling from the trees covered the path that wound around Blejski lake.
Sl: Mateja je globoko vdihnila hladen, svež zrak.
En: Mateja took a deep breath of the cool, fresh air.
Sl: Bila je sama na poti proti blejskemu otoku.
En: She was alone on the path to Blejski island.
Sl: Rabila je čas zase, da razmisli o svojem življenju.
En: She needed time for herself to reflect on her life.
Sl: Ne daleč zadaj sta Sara in Luka uživala v pogovoru.
En: Not far behind, Sara and Luka were enjoying their conversation.
Sl: "Mateja, pridruži se nama," je predlagala Sara, vendar se je Mateja le nasmehnila in nadaljevala svojo pot.
En: "Mateja, join us," Sara suggested, but Mateja just smiled and continued on her way.
Sl: Mateja je študirala vsak kamen, vsak list.
En: Mateja studied every stone, every leaf.
Sl: Vsaka podrobnost narave ji je dala občutek miru.
En: Each detail of nature gave her a sense of peace.
Sl: V svojem srcu pa je čutila dvom.
En: Yet, in her heart, she felt doubt.
Sl: Njeno delo ji ni več prinašalo veselja.

Sl: Spraševala se je, ali je čas za spremembo.

Sl: Pot je bila strma in njene noge so postajale utrujene.

Sl: Sonce je sijalo skozi drevesne krošnje, sence pa so plesale na tleh.
En: The sun shone through the treetops, and the shadows danced on the ground.
Sl: Mateja je pogosto obstala, da je ujela sapo in razmislila.
En: Mateja often stopped to catch her breath and think.
Sl: Ko se je približevala vrhu hriba, ji je srce močno bilo, ne samo od napora, ampak tudi od pričakovanja.
En: As she approached the top of the hill, her heart beat strongly, not only from exertion but also from anticipation.
Sl: Ko je Mateja končno prišla na vrh, se je pred njo odprl najlepši pogled.
En: When Mateja finally reached the top, the most beautiful view opened up before her.
Sl: Jezero sredi katerega je tiho plavala blejska cerkev.
En: The lake with the Bled church silently floating in the middle.
Sl: Sončni žarki so se odbijali od gladine vode in vse je bilo mirno.
En: Sun rays reflected off the smooth water surface, and everything was peaceful.
Sl: Mateja je začutila, kako njeno srce napolni občutek miru in jasnosti.
En: Mateja felt her heart fill with a sense of peace and clarity.
Sl: Razumela je, da sreča ni v njenem delu, temveč v njej sami, v njenem pristopu do življenja.

Sl: Mateja je vedela, da se njeno potovanje še ni končalo.
En: Mateja knew that her journey was not yet over.
Sl: Odločila se je, da bo odprta za nove priložnosti.
En: She decided to be open to new opportunities.
Sl: Prvi korak je bil že narejen.
En: The first step had already been taken.
Sl: Povratek z otoka ni bil več le konec poti, temveč začetek novega poglavja.
