Cs: Vánoční trh v Praze zářil barevnými světýlky.
En: The Christmas market in Praze glowed with colorful lights.
Cs: Vůně svařeného vína a pečených kaštanů se nesla vzduchem.
En: The scent of mulled wine and roasted chestnuts filled the air.
Cs: Bylo slyšet koledy a všude panovala veselá atmosféra.
En: Carols could be heard and there was a cheerful atmosphere everywhere.
Cs: Uprostřed toho všeho stála rodina, ale jejich srdce tak veselá nebyla.
En: In the midst of it all stood a family, but their hearts were not as cheerful.
Cs: Jakub, nejmladší sourozenec, byl trochu stranou.
En: Jakub, the youngest sibling, was a bit off to the side.
