For Alan Graham, it is all about his relationships—with God, his family, staff members and certainly the homeless men and women he’s been engaging on the streets of Austin for more than two decades. Alan is the founder and CEO of Mobile Loaves & Fishes (MLF), a social outreach ministry that provides food and clothing, cultivates community, and promotes dignity to homeless men and women in need. They also run Community First Village, a 51-acre master-planned community that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for the disabled, and chronically homeless in Central Texas.
You are going to absolutely be moved and inspired. Enjoy.

In today's episode, we have the founders of Tiff's Treats (and high school friends of Chris Bennett). When Tiffany Taylor and Leon Chen were college sophomores at the University of Texas, she stood him up for a date and delivered hot-from-the-oven cookies to apologize. Leon convinced Tiff to turn her cookies into a business, and Tiff’s Treats was born. The company started as small as you can get, with the two of them taking orders on a cell phone and baking cookies in the oven at Leon’s apartment.
