Sl: Bela snežna odeja je pregrinjala grad Bled, kot da bi hotela skriti njegove skrivnosti.
En: A white blanket of snow covered grad Bled, as if trying to hide its secrets.

Sl: Mateja, Gregor in Ines so stali ob velikem oknu, gledali nevihto in slišali tuljenje vetra.
En: Mateja, Gregor, and Ines stood by the large window, watching the storm and hearing the howling wind.

Sl: Nekaj ur nazaj so prišli v grad, a zdaj so bili ujeti zaradi snežnega meteža.
En: A few hours ago, they had arrived at the castle, but now they were trapped because of the snowstorm.

Sl: Mateja je bila tiha.
En: Mateja was silent.

Sl: Njena glava je bila polna misli.
