Sl: Vikend je bil v polnem razmahu, Ljubljana City Mall pa je bil poln ljudi.
En: The weekend was in full swing, and the Ljubljana City Mall was packed with people.

Sl: Zrak je bil prežet z vonjem sveže pečenih hlebčkov in kave.
En: The air was filled with the scent of freshly baked loaves and coffee.

Sl: Plakati s popusti so hrupno vabili mimoidoče na zimskih razprodajah.
En: Posters with discounts loudly called passersby to the winter sales.

Sl: Anže je stal pred vhodom.
En: Anže stood in front of the entrance.

Sl: Oškodovano je opazoval množice.
En: He watched the crowds disheartenedly.

Sl: Bil je odločen, da poišče topel plašč.
En: He was determined to find a warm coat.

Sl: Slava se je bližala in njegov star plašč ni bil več dovolj dober.
En: Glory was approaching, and his old coat was no longer good enough.

Sl: "Zdravo, Anže!
En: "Hello, Anže!"

Sl: " je poklicala Maja, ko se mu je približala.
En: Maja called as she approached him.

Sl: Njeni lasje so bili skrbno urejeni, njena oblačila okusna kot vedno.
En: Her hair was neatly styled, and her clothes were as tasteful as ever.

Sl: "Greva skupaj?
En: "Shall we go together?

En: I can help you choose."

Sl: ""Seveda," je Anže odvrnil in skušal zveneti nenavadno sproščeno.
En: "Of course," Anže replied, trying to sound unusually relaxed.

Sl: Vstopila sta v prvo trgovino.
En: They entered the first store.

Sl: Maja je že kazala na plašč s temnim vzorcem.
En: Maja was already pointing at a coat with a dark pattern.

Sl: "Vidi, ta je topel in moden.
En: "Look, this one is warm and fashionable."

Sl: "Anže je preiskoval etiketo.
En: Anže examined the label.

Sl: Cena ga je odvrnila.
En: The price deterred him.

Sl: "Hmm," je pomislil.
En: "Hmm," he thought.

Sl: "Je lep, ampak mogoče malo predrag.
En: "It's beautiful, but maybe a bit too expensive."

Sl: "Maja se je nasmehnila.
En: Maja smiled.

Sl: "Včasih je moda vredna nekaj več.
En: "Sometimes fashion is worth a bit more.

Sl: Kaj praviš, da oba preveriva še kakšno drugo trgovino?
En: What do you say we both check out another store?"

Sl: "Sprehodila sta se skozi vrsto trgovin.
En: They walked through a row of stores.

Sl: Anže je poizkušal vsakega, ki se mu je zdel primeren, toda Maja je z vsakim predlogom več pozornosti namenila njegovemu okusu.
En: Anže tried on each one that seemed suitable to him, but with each suggestion, Maja paid more attention to his taste.

Sl: "Ne," je rekla, "ta ti res ne pristaja.
En: "No," she said, "this one really doesn't suit you.

Sl: Poskusiva tega tukaj.
En: Let's try this one here."

Sl: "Končno je brez oklevanja vstopila v manjšo trgovinico.
En: Finally, she entered a smaller boutique without hesitation.

Sl: Na eni izložbi je bil plašč v bordo rdeči barvi.
En: In one display, there was a coat in burgundy red.

Sl: "Ta je pravi," je rekla samozavestno in mu pomagala obleči ga.
En: "This one is the right one," she said confidently and helped him put it on.

Sl: Tkanina je bila topla in mehka, kroj natančen.
En: The fabric was warm and soft, the cut precise.

Sl: Anže je opazoval svoj odsev v ogledalu.
En: Anže observed his reflection in the mirror.

Sl: "Lepi," je rekel.
En: "Beautiful," he said.

Sl: V trenutku kaosa ob razprodajah, ko so ljudje hiteli mimo, se je Maja obrnila k Anžetu.
En: In the chaos of the sales, as people hurried past, Maja turned to Anže.

Sl: "Veš, tvoje mnenje mi veliko pomeni," je rekla iskreno.
En: "You know, your opinion means a lot to me," she said sincerely.

Sl: Anže je osupnil.
En: Anže was astonished.

Sl: "Tudi tvoje meni.
En: "Yours means a lot to me too.

Sl: "Ko sta plačala za plašč, sta počasi odkorakala proti izhodu.
En: After paying for the coat, they slowly walked towards the exit.

Sl: Izmenjevala sta si zgodbe in smeh.
En: They exchanged stories and laughter.

Sl: Oba sta vedela, da dneva nista končala le z nakupom obleke.
En: Both knew they hadn't just ended the day with buying clothes.

Sl: Stala sta skupaj pod zimskim nebom, njuni koraki so zveneli lažje.
En: They stood together under the winter sky, their footsteps sounded lighter.

Sl: Našla sta več kot zgolj oblačilo — našla sta lepoto v prijateljstvu, morda v nečem več.
En: They found more than just a piece of clothing — they found beauty in friendship, perhaps in something more.
