Mark Shrime is MANY things.. he is a great friend with a witty and hilarious sense of humor.  He's a doctor, professor, author, public speaker, and currently the Chair of Global Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.  He's an American Ninja Warrior and someone who prioritizes personal development and self care. 

How does one have time to do all these things and maintain the balance of work and life with such a prestigious career?  How did he get to this place in his life?
