The past two years have tested Debbie. Her family weathered the loss of both her brothers within months of each other, her mother-in-law's passing, and the recurring grief on the anniversaries of losing her son and father. These experiences have reinforced what she has learned as an emotional manifestor with a 3/5 profile in Human Design: consciousness isn't just a spiritual concept—it's the water we're swimming in, the field through which we move, create impact, encounter resistance, and adjust course.
After losing her son sixteen years ago, Debbie learned that processing grief isn't about following someone else's roadmap—it's about creating the space to listen deeply to what you need. For her, this meant combining grief counselling with energy healing to prevent emotional stagnation, physical exercise, supportive relationships, and eventually, deeper studies into coaching and human design.
