For over 20 years, she has been working on both the consumer and corporate side of sales and digital communications in the Fashion and Beauty industries. She helps brands and people expand their visibility in front of new audiences and build culture capital. In this episode though, we share from the soul. Together, we discuss the cycles we move through on an individual level and the gigantic shift we're experiencing as a collective, how to create boundaries that support your energy movement and flow, and how to find strength and grace as an emotionally sensitive person. Welcome to the ALIGNED Podcast by A Line Within with host Ashley Hämäläinen.
