Daily gratitude and letting go of what you cannot control are both key components of a happy life. It is easy to get caught up in a moment or have your day turn negatively without recognizing all of those little things that make our lives better. By consciously taking time to remind ourselves of what we are grateful for, we reprogram our minds to have gratitude at the forefront of our brain.
