It’s okay to let others be right 99% of the time, even if you don’t agree. When we constantly correct others, argue a different side, or put others down, it not only makes us feel bad but makes people not like us. It’s better to just let people be right (most of the time that is).

Dealing with big changes in life and navigating the emotions that come from them isn’t always easy. But the emotions & thoughts are going to come so it is important to feel them, deal with them, and then continue moving forward.

So often we opt for the easy or quick fix choice when in reality choosing the option that takes longer or is more strenuous has a greater payout. Of course there is a balance, however creating longevity in your personal life, work, relationships, health, etc is always the answer.

It’s so easy to feel frustrated when you find yourself less busy than you may have previously been. Daily gratitude and letting go of what you cannot control are both key components of a happy life. It is easy to get caught up in a moment or have your day turn negatively without recognizing all of those little things that make our lives better. By consciously taking time to remind ourselves of what we are grateful for, we reprogram our minds to have gratitude at the forefront of our brain. Letting go of the things we can’t control makes room for more love, happiness, and joy.
