Mohammad’s story isn’t just about rap - it’s about identity, belonging, and resilience.
Originally from Iran, Mohammad moved to Korea at just 7 years old. Growing up different, he faced bullying, isolation, and the feeling of never truly fitting in. But everything changed at university, where he found his people, discovered his voice, and unlocked a passion for freestyle rap that transformed his life.
That passion took him to one of the biggest rap competitions in the world - Show Me the Money - where he placed Top 100 out of 36,000 entrants.
In this episode, we talk about:
- Growing up as an outsider in a foreign country
- Bullying, identity, and self-worth
- Finding belonging at university
- How freestyle became therapy
- Turning pain into purpose
- Competing on a global stage
- Culture, confidence, and self-belief
This is a story about finding your voice when the world tries to silence you.
