after being in a relationship for 2 years, having a short stint out of that relationship, and having now re-entered it, I have a lot to self-reflect on regarding my independence. in today’s episode, I explore the idea of codependence and interdependence in a relationship, as well as independence when out of a relationship, and discuss everything from identity, self-soothing, reliance and everything in between.
