In this podcast, I will be discussing the importance of receiving different accommodations pertaining to your mental health. When I was in college it was very hard for me to graduate on my own. With prayer and the appropriate accommodations needed I was able to graduate from college with my Bachelors' Degree in Economics. You can receive as many accommodations as necessary ranging from additional tutoring, time and a half and an Ipad just to name a few. Feel free to talk to your school's counselor or disability department so that you can receive the proper help that you need.
In this podcast, I will be discussing what to do when you feel like coming off of medication, with regards to mental health, based on my own experiences. Many times I wanted to come off of medication but I had to learn what works best for me. This podcast will display what I dealt with and how I overcame this dilemma. ^.^
Hey GUYZZZ...In this podcast I am stating my view of schizophrenia and how it relates to a woman who was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I also speak about a portion of my testimony and how I knew I am supposed to be on medication. Even though I have had my struggles of being on and off of medication I know that this is the right decision to me. I also speak about the importance of not neglecting your boats. God helps us all in multiple ways so don't neglect the ways that He is trying to help you.
Hey GUYZZZ...In this podcast I talk about overcoming anxious thoughts. I display techniques that you can do on a daily basis in order to cope with anxious thoughts. Some may work for you where as others may not. I would suggest trying things out for yourself to see which one you like the most. Who knows? You may find a gift that will make room for you.
Heyyyy GUYZZZ...In this podcast I will be briefly talking about nutrition and how I start my days with a smoothie as well as the importance of drinking warm water with either a lemon or apple cider vinegar. I also talk about my struggles with exercising and how I would like to incorporate walking into my daily schedule as I hope it will lead me into exercising on a more consistent basis. I talk about my personal struggles with self love and how I am learning to love myself despite the lies from bullies and how I am learning that I am beautiful not just on the outside but I am beautiful on the inside as well (I know usually its the other way around).
Below is a link to one of my favorite Youtubers, Cambria Joy and she discusses the importance of how just getting out of your house and walking is a great alternative to working out.
