In this episode, we interviewed Jade Poole and discussed the lessons she has learned through her season of grief. Jade is a Chicago girl living in Denver, Colorado. She has a passion for helping men & women feel their most confident in their God given skin. She ditched her career in counseling so she could pursue my dream in the fitness world. She works as a teacher & manager for Pure Barre & also owns a skincare business. Over time, she found that her skills in counseling have served her in more ways than she ever could have dreamed of. She now finds herself leading & encouraging others past their anxiety & limiting beliefs so that they too can live a life of freedom & become the best version of themselves. She loves to share her story - the ups and downs - the happy and the sad, in hopes of helping others. It's the only way she is able to find purpose to her pain.
