Remember to build your foundation on God the solid rock and not sinking sand. 

Sometimes it can be hard to admit our weaknesses and struggles to others and even to God. 

It's always important to surround yourself with fellow believers of Christ to encourage one another, pray for one another, and worship and fellowship together.
