Ricardhy Grandoit, has an impressive track record of developing successful programs in large-scale, matrixed organizations you’ve heard of. In 2015, Ricardhy was recruited into MLB – yes, Major League Baseball, to head up career transition, off-the-field player development efforts, and mission-driven awareness programs for incident response and prevention education. 

His multi-functional role includes everything from strategic planning to employee relations, communications, and program development, where he’s impacted players and communities through professional development and community-building efforts.
