Spirituality is about discovering ones true self. To do that one has to deconstruct ones false self. This my brothers and sisters is the work of spirituality.

We cannot resolve to happiness because we have identified with the things that keep us from finding resolution!!!

This episode is about the frustration that comes, and the reason why we cannot find resolution in our personal life and in our collective life.

Finding ones authentic self is not about everything being blissful and perfect and mistake free. As a matter of fact, we cannot live a spiritual life without going easy on ourselves. The real question is; are we mean spirited or are we acting out of love?

We grow spiritually individually and collectively we are evolving. Spirituality is about a type of evolution.

What you seek you will not find external to yourself. What you seek you will find within yourself. It sounds cliché, but it's true.
