The spiritual journey is about constant change. Constantly coming to terms with who you truly are. Because of that, life circumstances and the way we perceive life changes. It’s all about changes!

There is a difference between being and doing. In the false reality, we identify ourselves with the doing. In our authentic state, we identify with being.

We are not built to live out of fight or flight. We are not built to live out of fear. But we have created a reality that tells us we live in fear. Thus our nervous systems are a mess. Take a listen thanks

We live in a world of institutions that we create out of our ignorance. This creates a blindness in the institution. A blindness to who we truly are.
