When we feel deeply, when we listen deeply, when we experience life through the depth of our true self, we find meaning

We live in a very confused world, my friends. But there is a way to discern. We must listen with our heart through the lens of love. We will be spending the next couple episodes on that topic.

You have the ability and the power to change your life. That happens when we see clearly that the life of living is built in false ideas of self. When we realize that we’re living out of falseness, we can change.

My friends, we are living in a strange time. We have personal and collective challenges and it is always good to be reminded to hold onto your authentic self as you move through them.

Whenever we see people harm each other. Whenever we see people grasping for control and power. Whenever we see people easily manipulated. That’s the false reality.

There are themes in this world, my friends. There are ways to see the pattern of the false reality and the pattern of authentic reality. We are in a process of self discovery, and when we realize that, we begin the journey of seeing the true self, our authentic self.

Think for just a moment, how often we seek our own identity by the validation of others. If we honestly look at our need for external validation, we will see why and how we develop a false self.
