We always have an inner dialogue going on. The voice of authenticity and the voice of our ego. One of the things that helps us to turn, which is, which is self-love.

We have constructed a dualistic nature of reality. When we discover who we truly are we find that we don’t need that reality anymore.

The false reality is toxic. And we must deal with toxic people within a toxic reality. This podcast is about what we do and how we understand with toxicity.

When we spiritually awaken, we can find ourselves in uncomfortable feelings. Why? Because we are finally living out of authentic feelings

We live in a world where people are constantly presenting their opinion, as fact. When we live out of a deeper sense of authentic self, we discover that that is not true. Our opinions are not always fact.
