We have expectations of ourselves and others that are not reasonable. The reason they are not reasonable as they are not based in reality. They are based out of ego and false self.

We spend most of our life fighting against things. Fighting against the others that we perceive as bad. Fighting against things that we perceive as negative, etc. etc. Fighting things is rarely the answer. The answer comes from a raised consciousness and a raised awareness.
