How do we discern reality? Take a listen.

So often our quest for self improvement is a re-identification and reinforcement of the ego. Take a listen.

Self-awareness is fundamental to finding ones authenticity. Finding ones authenticity is the purpose of spirituality. Spirituality is being human!

We humans are in a process of becoming who we truly are. We are in a process that includes the stars in the sky and all of creation. That’s the process we are in and it’s the process we have forgotten, take a listen.

We learn, and others learn to criticize people for things that are not bad. We learn to criticize people when we don’t know the whole picture, this episode explores why.

We live in a world of unmet expectations. We have unmet expectations of ourselves, of others, and of reality. Because of that we live in disappointment. Take a listen.

Occam’s razor the philosophical notion that says all things being considered the simplest answer is usually the correct answer. This holds true in spirituality also.

We must set goals in our life. However, those goals have to be based in love, kindness, and generosity. We will discover that the journey to our goal is the place where we learn to be who we truly are.

We are programmed in our world, and in our life in such a way that we end up lost. We are lost in the false programming of this world and the way out is love.
