What would you say if you could sit across from every version of yourself you’ve ever been?
In this episode of Finding My Voice, I take a look back at the different girls I’ve been throughout my life, the six year old me, the twelve year old me, the teenager I was, and all the versions in between.
I think about the things that used to hurt me, the questions I spent years asking, the dreams I had, the people I loved, the lessons I learned, and the ways life has changed me.
This is a conversation about growing up, looking back, healing, and finally appreciating the versions of yourself that got you here.
Because sometimes we spend so much time becoming someone new that we forget to thank the people we used to be.
And every version of me deserves a little thank you.
This one is for the girls who made me🤍
