There is no manual or time as to how to deal with grief or when it will be over.. all you can do is keep your head up and handle it the best way YOU can. But what happens when your handling it the best way you can and you start shedding layers and layers of dead weight. You start letting go of old trauma, you start letting go of anger, you just start over basically ... but when starting over you have to make a decision am I starting over to better myself? Or am I going in the wrong direction? That’s up to you to decide
