Past 7 months have been a struggle to day the least. It’s truly been me against myself, trying to figure out what to do, how to heal and what was next. But here I am, with a new episode. Back in my own lane and I’m here to stay.

So I woke up with a lot of thoughts and questions that finally put my thoughts together for part 1 of this episode. I’m saying part 1 because I asked the question to my Facebook friends. I saw a lot of good answers that maybe we might get deeper into one day. All in all here’s my answer 💙

There is no manual or time as to how to deal with grief or when it will be over.. all you can do is keep your head up and handle it the best way YOU can. But what happens when your handling it the best way you can and you start shedding layers and layers of dead weight. You start letting go of old trauma, you start letting go of anger, you just start over basically ... but when starting over you have to make a decision am I starting over to better myself? Or am I going in the wrong direction? That’s up to you to decide

I wanted to do an episode that gave you a little more insight on me. I never directly just let y’all in. It was just like boom here’s my podcast here’s my mess, do you want to listen pick one yes or no?

When friends hold you accountable

Tonight of course I sat down with 2/6 of what I’ve decided to call my starting stating 6 of season 2. So today I sat down with 2 old friends from high school and 2 fellow podcasters from my hometown. We are discussing outgrowing friendships. In my opinion this might be a touchy subject for some.
