We're continuing the Alumni Series as we catch up some of our alumni (or as we call them, our "LexFam.") Today we're chatting with, Daxx Jayroe from our productions of Legally Blonde, The Music Man and A Chorus Line. Daxx also serves on our Inclusivity Advisory Collective and they are a trans non-binary third generation Lebanese American, Oklahoma City University musical theatre graduate, and New York City transplant. Daxx shares many amazing milestones on their creative journey, including a touching and pivotal moment at The Lex where they finally felt the freedom to be themselves on stage.
