  • Episode 08- Let’s talk about sex
It was such a pleasure having Lala on the show. We discussed all things relationships, dating, sex

I definitely feel there’s a shift that’s happening with women, where we are truly stepping into our power and getting a lot clearer about what we want, especially in a life partner.

We are afraid to wait, to set higher standards and we are really doing the work in terms of personal development and healing past trauma.

Relationships are a massive part of our life, and contribute to our overall wellbeing.

Ladies, I know you are really going to love this episode.

  • Episode 07 - The Love Shock Experience
I had the pleasure of spending some time with Gail Love Shock. She is so full of life and we shared her views on Reverence.

We spoke about the same importance of being authentic especially in the Spiritual Community.

Our power lies in our grace and when we dig deeper.

    Some many aha moments

  • Remember your power meditation
We look at our past with regret and resent and we have anxiety over our future. Just taking a few minutes to focus on who we are, who we want to be and how we want to live has the power to change our reality

  • Episode 6 - Soul Medicine
The mindset of lack is inherited and then enforced throughout society and cultural conditioning.

Go to school, get an education, get some fancy qualifications, feed that ego.

Keep seeking, searching, get this and that.

That will make you feel good. Show the world your credentials, show them how smart and worthy you are. Show them, prove to people you can be something or someone.

Don’t stop there, get more approval by being the “Perfect” parent. Prove to people that you made in life because your children are so well behaved, because they do exactly what you say.

Get that promotion, that car, that body.
That money. Keep stacking. Keep pushing and pushing.... then die.

Then tell me how you really lived, where you really gave. Who’s lives you touched.

When you realise that we are enough and that who we are and how we treat people is far more important than “appearance’s”

I made a decision to help people become whole that means removing the masks, the pretentious behaviour, the need to please everyone and feel accepted. I made some decisions about who I wanted to be and then healed my body.

My work is at large isn’t accepted by medical professionals because it rocks the status quo. I am also not supported by large pharmaceutical companies. So if someone comes to me and I facilitate a space for them to heal. Then that’s one less patient and thats cool for me, but if we all started to take back our power, there would be less patients and less profits.

It leaves me vulnerable, it leaves me open for criticism and ridicule from people who don’t even try to dive into the realm of consciousness.

I recorded a podcast with Jerome Braggs ggs aka “The Soul Medicine man” we spoke about all things regarding metaphysics and how he healed his body not once but twice from HIV/AIDS. A very similar story to me so a pleasure to connect. A huge eye opening conversation around what’s possible for anyone wanting to heal their bodies and their lives.

The focus of healing is to return home to highest natural self. It’s not easy work it’s just worth it. Healing can take time or happen in weeks depending on what you are willing to let go of!

It was a pleasure talking to Jerome about coming home, a philosophy he has used after his near death experience after being in hospital the second time after having being diagnosed with AIDS.

  • Episode 05- From Illness to Wellness
It was a complete honour to have Kelly on the show. Me and Kelly became connected through a Reiki Challenge I did way back in 2017. It was 7 day challenge and there were some giveaway prizes. Kelly won my “Aligned and Divine” coaching program, she also got some coaching with me.

In her own words Kelly describes how she went from being bed bound, using a walking stick on high amounts of prescription drugs to being mobile, walking and even working, and on her way to becoming a illness to wellness facilitator. Having been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and other neurological disorders she is now living her best life, I am thrilled that Kelly got to share her story and it gives so much hope to others

  • Episode 04- Ten Moons
Such a pleasure welcoming Jane Hardwick Collings to the show. I was drawn to Jane through her work and in particular her book “Ten Moons”

For me natural birth was the only way to go.
At times I felt slightly coerced into induction but I held my ground. I stood strong knowing that letting my body to what it needed to do. So much pressure these days for women to induce, which in itself can cause serious complications and unnecessary distress to women and lead to trauma for mum and baby.

I hope that sharing my story women are encouraged to take on board all the information and make the best choices for their babies based on science not on fear.
We often told it’s not safe to birth beyond 40 weeks, we definitely aren’t GOD neither are the doctors.

I was using an app since beginning of last year to track and manage periods but also because I was seeing if I was aligning with moon. Some women bleed or ovulate with the moon.

We talk about this in my longest podcast to date, we literally could talk for hours about this! Jane leads the way for women to reconnect to themselves and to Mother Earth

A pleasure to talk with and some very interesting workshops popping up around the globe, be sure to check out her instagram
