Ar: في وِبادي الأَمْر، كانت لَيْلَى، عُمَر، وسامي في طَرِيقِهم إلى دَيْر قَدِيم في الهِمَالايَا.
En: At the outset, Layla, Omar, and Sami were on their way to an ancient monastery in the Himalayas.

Ar: يَبْحَثُونَ عن الهدوء والسلام الدَّاخِلِي وسط الجبال الشاهقة والتَّربِيَة الرُّوحِيَّة فِي الأَيَّام الباردة من فصل الشتاء.
En: They were searching for peace and inner tranquility amidst the towering mountains and spiritual growth during the cold winter days.

Ar: كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ كَانَ يَحْمِل مَشَاكِلَهُ الخَاصَّة.

Ar: لَيْلَى، المحامية المتفوقة والتي عَانَت من الإرهاق والإحساس بالضِّيَاعِ، كَانَت تبحث عن الهدف الحقيقي والإتِّجَاه في حَيَاتِها.

Ar: عُمَر كَان يشعر بثقل الضُّغُوط مِنْ أَسْرته بعد تَخَرُّجِه ولا يَعرفُ أي الطُّرُقِ يَجِب أن يَسْلُك.

Ar: أما سَامِي، ذَا الرّحلات العديدة والكَاتب الّذي يحاول استِعَادة الإبدَاع بَعْد انكِسَار عاطفي، فِي مواجهه مع فراغٍ كَبِيرٍ.

Ar: الدَّير، بموقعه الفريد وسطَ الجبال الثَّلجية، كان يَبُوح بسِكُونٍ غَامِض.

Ar: مِنْ نَوَافِذ الغرف فوق أحجارٍ تقليدية، كان بإمكانهم رُؤية المَناظِر البيضاء تُفَسِّرُ معنى الطَّهَارَة.

Ar: الشَّرِيط السَّاحر للمَكَان كَان يُكَسِّرُه فقط دَقَّات الناقوس الهَادِئة وهُمَس الرِّيَاح.

Ar: رغْم تَسَاؤلاتها، شَعَرَتْ أَنَّهَا قَارِب النَّجَاة مِن أَفْكَارِها المُزْعِجة.

Ar: الرِّيَاح تُزمجر والزّوابع تلعب بثلوج كثيفة.
