This exercise is the third breathing exercise introduced at the first session of the Summer 2011 "Finding Real Happiness in Law School and Life Workshop" at Miami Law.  It includes an instruction on noting when awareness is on the breath and when is is not (no breath).  This podcast is intended for use by the students, faculty and staff attending the workshop, though others may find it instructive.
