This exercise is a shortened version of the first breathing exercise introduced at the Summer 2011 "Finding Real Happiness in Law School and Life Workshop" at Miami Law.  It does not include as much discussion on locating a place in the body to attend to the breath.  This podcast is intended for use by the students, faculty and staff attending the workshop, though others may find it instructive.
