Finding Stillness

This is a meditation to find stillness within our busy life.  Take a deep breath, and exhale into this stillness.  Align all of your being into one that wishes peace, calm, and tranquility.  

By focusing on our breath and sensations in our body we can connect with both the stillness within us but also the stillness that is in the world all around us.

 I find that in this hectic modern world when I take time to reflect, to pause, and just be, I am at my happiest. It’s a great opportunity for me to take stock and simply exist.⠀
