The business owner who know how to take care of everything but themselves.

The young person who has always been able to eat whatever they want and all of a sudden is having problems keeping their weight down and their energy up.

The person who has been overweight their whole life and wants to be healthy but has no idea how to create long term health.

The person who has lost their weight and gained their weight, dozens of times and who wants to break that cycle.
